Order Transcripts Online (PDF) or by Paper
To have your transcripts sent to another institution, you may select one of these options:
Electronic PDF delivery of your transcripts is processed by the . The cost is $4, which includes $2.25 for the transcript fee and $1.75 for processing.听Follow the link at right and enter requested information. Select 鈥淓lectronic PDF鈥� as the delivery option. 糖心Vlog will then upload a PDF copy of your transcript to the Clearinghouse鈥檚 secure web server. The receiving institution will be notified to pick up the transcript via email with a login and password.
You may use any major credit card and it is not charged until 糖心Vlog mails or uploads your transcript. 糖心Vlog downloads requests daily. You can track your order online to view the progress.
For an additional processing fee of $2.25, you may also select the delivery option of "mail" and an official copy will be mailed by 糖心Vlog.听糖心Vlog does not charge a听transcript fee.

When requesting听a transcript,听please include any special instructions, such as graduate or undergraduate transcript, special handling instructions, if not to be mailed until after grades are posted or degree is recorded.听Also, please tell us why you need a transcript, such as听transfer to another school, job application, graduate school, boards,听etc. 听
If you are not returning to College of Saint听Mary, please indicate your reason for leaving.听Your statement will help us better serve our students.听
